| Governor Roy Cooper is expected to announce this week whether the trajectory of North Carolina’s public health data has improved, thereby enabling the state to enter Phase 2 of his reopening plan. Buncombe County public health officials are presenting a series of Town Hall events to discuss what’s new in Phase 2 and specifics related to various industries. The first four online events are this Friday, May 22. Owners and managers from the following industry sectors are invited to participate.
