Modesto incorporates a farm-to-table approach in an upscale wood-fired Italian kitchen.
The majority of their produce, even the wood, comes from their own personal farm. The menu changes twice daily and includes a variety of fresh seafood, fine meats, and house-made pastas, breads, and dough. Pizzas are hand-tossed and cooked in a wood-fired oven that was handcrafted in Italy.
To compliment your meal, the bar offers more than 30 exclusive Italian wines, as well as a dynamic list of classic and cutting-edge cocktails. Desserts are made from scratch, including Modesto’s famous Tiramisu.
