Join The Cheese Store and Catawba Brewing (South Slope location, Asheville) on  Wednesday, July 20th for a beer & cheese pairing.

They are excited to once again partner with Catawba for a pairing event. They’ll be featuring some of Catawba’s all time favorites, one or two new brews paired with local and international cheeses. Catawba’s brewer Ben be your guide for the pairing beginning at 6pm.  If you haven’t had Catawba Brewing beers this is a great way to experience their downtown location and their offerings.

Every third Wednesday of the month, Catawba will partner with The Cheese Store to offer a beer and cheese pairing under the crystal chandeliers in the Rickhouse bar.  Catawba’s South Slope location in Asheville is the perfect place to spend a fun evening with other cheese and beer lovers to compare and contrast the aromas and flavors of four different cheeses and small batch beers.  Learn about the ancient process of cheese making and brewing, and how they intersect to provide a perfect pairing.  Katie Moore of The Cheese Store of Asheville and one of Catawba Brewing’s own Certified Beer Servers will be your guides to learn about the traditional processes of cheese making and brewing.
