Zac Brown Band and Cloud 9 Adventures announce the second edition of Castaway with Southern Ground, a four-night tropical concert vacation held at the all-inclusive

on the breathtaking Mexican coastline. Not only will Zac Brown Band perform two full shows over four nights, an incredible lineup of musicians will be joining the party, including Rodrigo y Gabriela, Toots & The Maytals, JJ Grey & Mofro, Drake White and the Big Fire, Margo Price, Nahko and Medicine for the People, and Muddy Magnolias. Check out the 2016 recap video for a taste of Castaway with Southern Ground here.

Returning to the beautiful Riviera Maya region of Mexico, Castaway with Southern Ground promises fans a weekend of music, fun, sun and adventure, all while being surrounded by unparalleled natural beauty. Those who attend will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded music fans as well as the musicians they love in an intimate setting with a curated schedule of events throughout the weekend, including artist-hosted activities, daily yoga, theme nights, workshops and more. Guests are also encouraged to spend some time exploring the region and its rich history through off-site excursions. The Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya is a luxurious all-inclusive resort located between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, with all meals, beverages, concerts, and activities included in the event package price. Guests can choose from a wide variety of well-appointed room categories, including concert courtyard suites, oceanfront rooms, and lush tropical views spread throughout the property, all within easy walking distance to the main stage.

Castaway with Southern Ground is again partnering with 501(3)(c) non-profit charitable organization Positive Legacy, encouraging artists and fans to participate in a day of service and cultural connection in the local community as a way of giving back. In addition to the day of service project, the event will feature an auction and a donation drive to benefit the local community. All proceeds from the auction will go towards the ongoing Positive Legacy charitable projects in this region. Last year established a massive contribution from Castaway guests; raising an amazing $42,000 through the auctions, as well as a receiving a huge turnout for the day of service and donation drive contributions. The money raised contributes to the ongoing Positive Legacy humanitarian projects, as well as for Zac Brown Band’s 501(c)(3) non-profit camp, Camp Southern Ground. A truly intimate experience, Castaway with Southern Ground is limited only to guests who book their trip through Cloud 9 Adventures Travel. A Pre-sale for returning guests and Zamily members will begin on July 27, 2016 starting at 12PM ET. The General On Sale will begin on July 28, 2016 at 12PM ET.
