Healthy Good Thoughts

The Value of Advice – March 2016

By Kathleen Colburn – I’ve been thinking about how attached we can get to the advice we give. –

And by we, I mean me. What I share with people I care about comes from my heart because I truly want the best for them. And what’s best is a very personal decision, right? The challenge is to give freely and not be attached to the outcome.

With over 30 years of my life devoted to holistic health and nutrition, I have accumulated a lot of knowledge and formed a few opinions. Most of us want to share our experiences with the hope of being helpful. This is human nature and when our intentions are aligned with our heart, good things can occur.

Please keep thinking and sharing good thoughts!
