1. Eat healthily.

Fast food, albeit delicious, is not necessarily good for the body. So for this year, try limiting your fast food runs from 3 times a week to 3 times per month and opt for healthier choices. 5. Elude risky sexual conduct.

Risky or high- risk sexual behavior leads to different sexually transmitted diseases such as gonorrhea, herpes, or HIV infection. What’s worse is that it can lead to a deadly disease such as AIDS. 

6. Take care of your mental health.

Being healthy does not only mean physically but also mentally. Surround yourself with people and things that make you happy. Leave toxic people and the environment.
